Every 1:30 for 10:30 (7 sets):

3 Power Snatch

*increase weight if needed

*does not have to be touch and go

*maintain good form

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 DU’s

15 Power Snatch (75/55)

15 Sumo Deadlift high-pull (75/55)

*try not to drop the bar from overhead with the snatches 🙌
